Grass

My lawn is a constant source of frustration and disappointment.

Look at this – awful!

I’ve spent many an evening in the garden, drink in hand, starting vacantly at the bald patches.

I don’t know why it’s such a struggle to maintain, but I’ve all but given up on having a perfect lawn. Oh well.

Enter micro clover…

I’ve done something that most lawn enthusiasts would consider sacrilege – seeded the bare patches with this little wonder.

And why wouldn’t I? Micro clover is evergreen, drought tolerant, great for insects, and requires little mowing. It seems like a no-brainier to me…

We’ll see how it goes.

Here’s Seagull, romping away amongst the bamboo.

Utterly beautiful.
